RETURN POLICY

EDEN's Milk skincare and wellness is made in small batches. We aim to offer you the best experience and skincare and wellness products to enjoy. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer a product exchange. All sales are final. We encourage you to contact us before purchasing should you have any questions about a specific product. 

EDEN's Milk does not offer refunds or exchanges on any products, unless it arrives to you damaged and/or broken. In such case, please send a photo of the damaged item(s) to customersupport@edensmilk.com within 24 hours upon receipt of your package and we will gladly replace the item(s) for you. We may ask you to send us the damaged item. 

SHIPPING

We ship orders Monday through Friday, and our fulfillment time takes about 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after an order is placed. Your delivery time depends on the method of shipping you selected at check-out. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. 

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for orders $65 + (Not applicable on international orders), typically takes 4 - 6 business days.

PRIORITY SHIPPING generally takes 1 - 3 business days.


Please note, shipping domestic and international, we will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
